I’ve really been making an effort to make exercise a regular part of my routine and I thought that by writing it down, I can track my progress as well as keep tabs on myself. People keep food diaries to keep themselves accountable, so I’m hoping to do the same thing, just with my exercise.
I’ve been trying to make exercise a habit for about 6 weeks now, but it’s only in the past two weeks or so that I’ve really been seeing the results. I’ve also upped my exercise intensity and duration, so I want to keep track of what I’m doing so I can keep doing it and building on it.
