Good morning, great ride yesterday I hope you were able to sneak one in before it got to hot. It was unbearable yesterday. Make sure you hydrate and maintain that hydration all day. At least a gallon a day. Today it’s not that hot but it’s storming out so take the day to enjoy some football with the family. Well see ya Mon.9

Relax enjoy some time with the family.

Diet
Oatmeal
– mid morning fruit
– lunch on your own
– mid afternoon yogurt
– dinner grilled chicken, wild rice, and a green veg.
