How do I reduce saturated fat intake?
Saturated fat is considered an unhealthy fat. It is found in high fat meat and dairy options, fried foods and poultry skin. To reduce saturated fat intake reduce your intake of fried foods, red meats, and full fat dairy. Choose lean meats such as chicken, turkey and fish, low fat dairy such as skim milk and fat free yogurt and use avocado and peanut butter instead of regular butter.
How many grams of protein do I need each day?
