Losing weight is never easy. If you are a woman over the age of 45, you may find it even harder. DON’T GIVE UP. You CAN lose weight but you must be persistent, consistent and give yourself time to lose the weight. You did not gain it over night so do not expect to lose it that quick. Here are a few tips that I have found helpful in my journey to permanently lose the weight that I gained. Make your goal to PERMANENTLY lose the weight.
