Delicious Asparagus and Mushroom Sautee

What You’ll Need:

1/2 tablespoon of canola oil

1 bunch of asparagus

1 cup of sliced mushrooms

the juice of 1/4 a lemon

1 clove of garlic, diced

a sprinkle of parsley

a generous sprinkle of salt

a generous sprinkle of pepper

What To Do:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and put the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, covered in canola oil.

2. Add the mushrooms.

3. Sprinkle the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper over the asparagus and mushrooms.

4. Add the lemon juice.

5. Bake for  15 minutes, then enjoy 🙂
