I knew it was time to start reforming my eating habits when, on Saturday, sliding into my blue levi jeans required me to lie down on the bed, suck in, and then fumble with the button. Nine months ago, these jeans fit like a glove, and I remember the satisfactory sigh I gave when I chose them out. They were a great fit.

Into the now we come. Sixteen pounds heavier, one marriage later, and a move across the globe, and here I am.
