for the love of planning…and checklists. And getting kids to fend for themselves.
With three rapidly growing kids, all of whom are often very busy, I made the decision last year that I was getting a little tired of fielding the “I’m hungry” statements and thought it was time to do something about it. I typically will meal plan for our week (which I will blog about soon) and the kids already had their daily checklists (which I will also blog about soon) so I thought that a meal planning list of sorts for them would be a great addition. We’ve been using this list (or a variation of it) for about six months and it seems to work well for us. Please remember…I’m just a mom, I’m not a doctor or a nutritionist. This is just what works for my family.
