Date and cacao raw balls

My 12 week challenge

HOLY MOLY THESE ARE ‘AMAZEBALLS’.

 

I just combined a whole bunch of the following in the food processor and whizzed it around for a bit:

  • dates
  • Cacao
  • chia seeds
  • goji berries
  • the trailmix i have (pretty sure it had peanuts, walnuts, saltanas, raisins etc)
  • dash of maple syrup
  • dessicated coconut

Then i just rolled the mixture into balls, rolled them in more coconut and put them in the freezer.  They tasted so good!
