I know it’s rather premature, but I have spent a little time over the past few days hunting down Christmas recipes on the Weight Watchers website. Yes, I do realise Christmas is ages away and no, I’m not going crazy about Christmas already, but stay with me for a moment. I just figured that the more time I give myself to plan (mentally and financially), the more likely I am to stay in control over the festive period. This is where it all usually goes wrong for me, you see. So I’ve gathered together a collection of the best sounding recipes for me to sort through much nearer the time and devise a menu which will hopefully allow me to stay on track and not gain back all the weight I’ve worked hard to get off.
Well, that’s the plan anyway.
