Want a healthy lunch on the fly? This whole thing took no longer than 30 minutes to make, and it tasted pretty rockstar. Heres the how to below:

Potatoes:

red roasted potatos

rosemary

thyme

salt

pepper

olive oil

Cut the potatoes in half and boil for about 15 minutes to soften them up. Put in a bowl and toss with seasoning until well covered. Add the potatoes onto the grill and let them cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Fish:

Here I used Tilapia, but you could really use anything you like

Tilapia filet

Salt

Pepper

Olive Oil

Rosemary

Basil
