Having spent this week getting excited about preparing for a marathon, there is more to life than distance. It can feel much more rewarding to get a medal or two around your neck before you run your first 26.2 miles. What’s more, marathons aren’t for everyone!
A 10K can be just as demanding and exhilarating because you can run it faster and it doesn’t take so long to train for.
