I made over night oats for the first time a couple of days ago and I wanted to share the goodness with you all. It was very easy to make and it made it so convenient in the morning to just wake up, roll out of bed, open the fridge and Ta-DA! My breakfast is there waiting for me.
Silk Vanilla Light Soy Milk-3/4 cup (you can use regular milk)
Greek Non Fat Yogurt-1/4 cup
Equal Sweetener-3 packets (you can use regular sugar)
