This is the best! The interviews with the children are so cute. I love all of their comments about how practicing Pilates is helping them to relieve stress, deal with frustrating situations better, and improving their health and performance in other areas of their lives. She brings up a good point about children sitting at uncomfortable desks for 6 hours a day, and what it is doing to their spinal health and posture. I really believe that all schools should have a childrens Yoga or Pilates program in place. What do you think?
