Today’s Workout: Cardio Day

Nyc Fit Food Fashion!

Today I decided to make it a cardio day, I will be doing both treadmill work and the elliptical. Here is the routine I plan on doing today:


2 min 15% incline 2.5mph

2 min 10% incline 3mph

2 min 5% incline 3.5mph

2 min 0% incline 4mph

2 min 0% incline 4.5 mph

Repeat 2x (20 Minutes)

Elliptical Aerobic Setting (20 Minutes)
