Don’t discourage yourself if you’re not working out as much as other people are. Remember, you have to start somewhere. Even 20 minutes a day counts! So start at a pace you’re comfortable with and gradually increase the time and intensity of your workout when you’re ready. Together, let’s get healthy 🙂
