I love Sushi, I always have and always will. It’s fresh, healthy and always satisfies! Sometimes though, I have to be careful that I am not eating my weight in rice so… last night I decided to make the trending topic at the moment…CAULIFLOWER RICE!
Cauliflower rice is ridiculously easy to make, tasty and is packed with more vitamins and health benefits than rice, so swapping was a no brainer.
What you need:
1 Cauliflower Head
¼ Red Cabbage
1 Pack Nori Rolls
1 Bamboo Mat (to roll sushi)
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Spring Onion
What to do:
