Your Yoga is running the Yoga for healthy lower backs programme, proven to help assist with back pain. The University of York ran one of the largest research studies into Yoga, funded by Arthritis Research UK (www.yogaforbacks.co.uk). The research showed this programme to be not only effective, but cost-effective enough for the NHS, employers and individuals.
Who is it for: people with non-specific, chronic/recurring lower back pain. Whether you work at a desk, have an active occupation, or are retired, and experience back tension or pain, this course can help you live a more comfortable life.
