Whole30 – Day 28 (Tues)

Day 28! I was trying to think of what I will indulge in once I complete this challenge and really I think the only non-paleo food I’d have at the moment would be some sharp cheddar cheese! I really have no desire for any pasta, rice or bread..even the gluten free stuff. So that’s cool. What started out as a challenge has just become a way of life. Also, school started for me last night so I need to make sure I have my dinners already planned out for Tuesday s since I’ll work 7-3:30 and then have class from 6-9pm. I’m going part time, taking First Aid this qrt and Nutrition for Fitness which should be really interesting!

 

I’m also going to the Grind aka WOD today and my legs have finally recovered. J Just need to make sure I drink a lot of water post workout so…
