Breakfast for Dinner.

Everyone always asks me what my “go-to” breakfast is, and the answer is OATMEAL. It is one of the easiest things to make, and is packed with protein and fiber. Since oatmeal can come flavorless, you can add whatever you want and make it taste DELICIOUS.

My Favorite Recipe:
Chocolate Almond Oatmeal

1/2 Cup of Quick Cooking Oats
1 1/2 Cup of Soy Milk (You can also use Almond Milk or Low Fat Milk)
1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup of Flax Seed Meal (YAY, OMEGA 3’s!)
A Handful of Raw Almonds (You can also use pecans, walnuts, whatever nut you prefer)

Put this whole mixture into the microwave for 3-4 minutes in 30 second increments.
When it’s the texture you like, go ahead and throw in some Chocolate Chips (I use semi-sweet, or sometimes dark).
