Day 1!!! Not a bad start but I could use some improvement!


Today went pretty darn good! I do see, however, a few things that I need to change. I have to retrain myself to do small but very important things. First, drink more water! Everyone should get eight 8 oz glasses of water a day (or so they say) to be healthy. When you are losing weight it is super important to get those glasses of water in! But since I am a nursing mother, I need to have even more water. This can be hard because of all the things that go on in our everyday lives. So first thing is MORE WATER!!!!

Second, is the night time snacking. Now I don’t know about you, but I seem to get the munchies at night. I mean I really get the munchies! That is something that I need to STOP! This will take practice however. I love my snacks just like…
