This is one of the most brilliant recipes I have ever come across. The secret not so secret ingredient that makes this recipe so awesome is……….SALAD DRESSING. This dish makes a delicious side to any meat! Its simple and healthy which means it makes it into my favorite recipe book!
This recipe is meant for four(4) Portobello mushrooms.
1/4 salad dressing, I used a feta olive oil dressing while the recipe called for an Italian, so I recommend trying any flavour!
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 chopped pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
2 bags of fresh spinach(I used one and added more of the peppers)
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
