an absolutely easy but delicious recipe for portobello mushroom fries 4 ingredients make this recipe

 

ingredients: 

2 portobello mushroom caps

1/2 cup whole wheat panko bread crums

1/4 cup flour of your choice

1 large egg

 

directions: heat oven to 350 degrees f.

1- spoon out the gills of your mushrooms and slice 

2- dip into flour,dip into eggs and then into the panko  crumbs and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray

3- spray the top of the mushrooms with cooking spray

4- place in oven for 10 minutes flip and bake an additional 5 minutes.

5- and your done! crispy portobello fries! choose your dipping sauce.
