Plantbased, glute free, sugar free, vegan and made of superfood, these cacao balls are always a yummy hit when the weekend strikes.
They are a breeze to make and they are super healthy.
Here`s what you do:
2 cups of dates
1 cup nuts (i use a mixture of natural cashewnuts and almonds)
½ cup raw organic cacao powder
½ shredded coconut
2 tablespoon coconutoil
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix it well. If the mixture is dry, add some more coconut oil, or if you want it more sweet add more cacao powder or dates. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. Roll the cacao coconut ball mixture into small balls in shredded coconut.
