Turkish Savory Pastry: “Borek” Stuffed with Feta and Power Greens

Starting to feel more and more Turkish the more I make Turkish food. Cannot believe it has taken me this long to realize I am pretty good at cooking my own ethnicities food. Wasn’t sure what to expect with making borek for the first time. Sadly, I normally cannot eat this tasty dish in Turkey or Turkish restaurants because traditional recipes add so much butter and milk. I decided for my creation to replace the butter and milk with a healthier choice: olive oil. I ran out of spinach but had a plethora of beet greens were hanging around so I used those and it tasted amazing so you can throw in whatever greens you’ve got.
