WHY GYM?

Love. Train. Eat.

To gym, or not to gym? That is the question. The answer is always YES. If I was writing this post a year ago, I would have still said yes…but tomorrow.
I used to hate the gym. Have you ever been to a co-ed gym and just observed everything and everyone around you? The guy with such big muscles that you can’t even see his neck…honestly, you’re done! What are you still doing here?
Now being a student is not very easy. It’s almost expected of you to drink every weekend (or most days that end with a -y) which automatically leads to eating crappy. And although I never got to the stage of a functioning alcoholic, I sure treated my body poorly.
