Clean-eating Burritos

To kick it all off – Mexican burrito!

Ingredients good for 8 burritos:
– 400g turkey breast
– 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 1/2 red onion
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1/4 cup whole grain rice
– Handful fresh parsley
– 1 medium avocado
– 3 tomatoes
– 1 iceberg lettuce
– 1 tin of red kidney beans in chilli
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 lemon

Start by dicing the turkey breast, next add the Cajun seasoning and leave to marinate for a few minutes. Chop 2 garlic cloves, and add to a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Once the garlic has started to brown add the turkey breast.
